Note: Photocopy costs (usually between $2.00 and $10.00), postage, long-distance telephone expenses, and correspondence costs are billed to you at the conclusion of each research session. Correspondence costs include agent research outside of Salt Lake City and certificate fees. We will contact you for authorization if these costs are going to exceed $50.00.

 

General Information:

Research Sessions: The average time it takes to complete a research session is between 90 and 120 days after receipt of a service order. However, there are circumstances when it may take longer. If we are waiting for correspondence to return, this can delay a project for several weeks.

 

Note: We do not make guarantees as to how far back we can trace your lineage. What we do guarantee is that we will utilize our skills as professional genealogists to search the appropriate records and properly analyze the information contained therein. Whether or not your ancestors actually appear in the records can't be determined until they are searched.
